This job is about supporting Arup's finance change program by joining the Group Procurement team for a temporary period of 6 months. The role focuses on assisting with the rollout of a new purchase ordering system, providing training, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Supporting procurement processes
Provide comprehensive support to colleagues to ensure effective utilisation of the organisation’s procurement systems and processes.📚
Training and system rollout
Assist with the creation and delivery of training materials for the purchase ordering system, contributing to the successful implementation of the system rollout project.📊
Data analysis and stakeholder engagement

Procurement experience
Demonstrated experience in operational procurement within large organisations.View
