As a Product & Sales Training Specialist, you will play a vital role in empowering Retail Partners with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in a dynamic automotive landscape. You'll be responsible for

🎓

Designing and delivering training programs

Design and deliver engaging Product, Sales Systems & Sales training programs, both face-to-face and virtual, with a strong emphasis on vehicle features, competitive positioning, customer benefits, and sales conversations.
🔧

Translating technical information

Translate technical vehicle information (including BEV and High-Voltage technologies) into clear, customer-relevant messaging for sales and customer-facing roles.
🤝

Collaborating with teams

Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing teams to support product launches, campaigns, and brand consistency.

Product training experience

Demonstrated experience in product training within automotive retail.
