You'll be responsible for

Developing and maintaining performance dashboards and reports

Highlighting trends and opportunities for product optimisation to enhance customer experience and product usage.

Conducting product analysis and insights reporting

Ensuring a strong understanding of balance sheet flows, usage, and intra-product movements to inform strategic decisions.

Assisting in managing customer complaints

Addressing issues related to pricing or product features to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills you'll need

Data analysis

Experience in data collection, analysis, and insight generation from ideation to monitoring and iteration.

SQL proficiency

Ability to use SQL and dashboarding tools like Power BI or Tableau for data reporting and visualisation.
