You'll be responsible for

Owning design end-to-end
Shape the user experience across core platform areas, from discovery and problem framing to high-fidelity delivery and post-launch iteration.🔍
Running user research
Conduct user research that generates insights, shifting the direction of significant problems based on genuine user needs.📈
Strengthening the design system
Contribute to the Cadmus design system, raising the quality bar across the product and ensuring coherence and consistency.Key criteria

5+ years of product design experience
Demonstrated experience in SaaS product design with a strong portfolio.View
