You'll be responsible for

Leading design processes
Playing a pivotal role in leading the end-to-end design and delivery of innovative mobile experiences.🤝
Collaborating with teams
Working closely with Product and Engineering teams to define problems and explore creative solutions.🏆
Championing design standards
Facilitating workshops and ensuring solutions meet Qantas’ brand, accessibility, and quality standards.Key criteria
🎨
5+ years in design disciplines
Experience in Service Design, UX, UI, or CX is essential.View
📚
Tertiary qualification in design
Relevant degree in Design or Human-Centered Design is required.View
📱
Understanding of mobile and digital platforms
Knowledge of design for native apps and conversational interfaces.View
