Own the global digital product portfolio, including iCON, Quote & Book, and RMS (Rate Management System), with full accountability for performance, adoption, and return on investment.

Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and measurable business outcomes.

Driving digital revenue performance

Drive digital revenue performance, increasing bookings, conversion rates, and customer engagement across digital channels.
