You'll be responsible for

Setting the data product vision & strategy

Define how data capabilities will enable THE ICONIC’s goals (e.g., growth, customer experience, merchandising efficiency, fulfillment performance) and translate that into a clear roadmap.
🔍

Owning core data products

Build and iterate on data products such as trusted datasets, dashboards, and ML-enabled products that drive decision-making.
🔒

Driving data quality, governance, and trust

Own standards for data quality, lineage, documentation, and compliance with privacy and security expectations.

Skills you'll need

🛠️

Product delivery & ownership experience

Minimum 2 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, including prioritization and trade-off decision-making.
📊

Strong data & analytics foundation

Proven background in data and analytics roles with the ability to work confidently with customer, marketing, and commercial data.
🔗

Cross-functional 'translator' capability

Ability to operate at the intersection of Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering, translating technical concepts into clear outcomes.
