Overseeing the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through launch, optimisation, and retirement.

Translating strategy into roadmap

Converting strategy and insights into an outcome-based product roadmap while maintaining a prioritised backlog.

Driving product performance

Monitoring product performance against targets, reporting progress, risks, and issues, and driving continuous improvement.
