Identifying gaps and challenges that exist in distribution across multi-channelled domains, including relationship management and dual-client management across various segments with Commonwealth Bank.📈
Stakeholder Management
Engaging and influencing stakeholders across Private Bank and broader domains within CBA to ensure outcomes meet broader group strategy in a timely manner.🔄
Continuous Improvement
Appropriately identifying gaps in outcomes when required whilst identifying key stakeholders required to assist in delivering change.Key criteria
