Collaborating with stakeholders
Engaging regularly with business surveillance teams, business compliance, and business operational risk managers to refine needs and shape delivery.📋
Maintaining a prioritised backlog
Helping maintain and communicate a prioritised backlog, ensuring surveillance leads and key stakeholders are informed on the Trade Surveillance product roadmap and Book of Work.🛠️
Supporting BAU operations
Supporting BAU operations across incumbent Trade Surveillance platforms, assisting with troubleshooting for the global user base.Key criteria

5+ years in banking and financial services
