Owning and refining the backlog

Own, refine and prioritise the Murex squad backlog in line with OKR4, customer journey simplification and Global Markets strategy.

Collaborating with teams

Work with front office, operations, finance, risk, compliance and technology teams to understand process breaks, manual workarounds, control issues and customer impacts.

Translating business problems

Translate complex business problems into clear outcomes, requirements, epics, features and user stories for the delivery squad.
