The Product Stream Lead job is a pivotal opportunity within the Payments Platform Crew leadership team, guiding four squads across the Grow Payments product stream. This role is all about driving customer-focused product innovation and strategic decision-making to maximize outcomes. Collaboration with stakeholders and a commitment to delivering safe and sustainable products are at the heart of how the team operates.

You'll be responsible for

Defining product vision and strategy

Define stream-level product vision and strategy aligned to Crew priorities, customer outcomes and enterprise objectives.

Leading prioritisation and trade-offs

Lead cross-squad prioritisation, sequencing and investment trade-off decisions.

Managing performance and outcomes

Manage commercial performance, customer outcomes, lifecycle health and value realisation across the stream.
