Coordinating program forums

Coordinating program forums, including steering committees and working groups, to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.

Preparing reports and presentations

Preparing high-quality reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to provide visibility and support governance frameworks.

Demonstrated experience in a PMO role within corporate or government settings.
