You'll be responsible for

Progressing project approvals
Own and progress project approvals from early planning through to construction close-out, coordinating inputs and managing timelines for submissions, assessments, conditions and reporting.š
Embedding requirements
Embed approvals, environment and heritage requirements into project documentation to ensure expectations are clear and deliverable.š
Providing technical leadership
Offer technical leadership on legislative approvals and compliance obligations under relevant Acts and Regulations.Key criteria

Bachelor's degree in environmental science
Possession of a relevant degree with substantial experience.View

10+ years in approvals and compliance
Extensive experience in environmental management for major infrastructure.View

Knowledge of key legislation
Strong understanding of Airports Act, EPBC Act, and Aboriginal Heritage Act.View
