You'll be responsible for

Leading the Financial Wellbeing team

Lead and develop the local Financial Wellbeing team to ensure effective service delivery.
👩‍💼

Recruiting and supervising staff

Recruit and provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, and performance support for frontline staff.

Ensuring service quality

Ensure high-quality, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed service delivery which achieves the best possible outcomes for clients.
