You'll be responsible for

Leading preparation and drafting
Leading the preparation, drafting and project management of Aristocrat’s annual Modern Slavery Statement, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with legislative requirements across Australia, Canada and the UK. Partner closely with Aristocrat’s communications and legal teams.🤝
Facilitating Modern Slavery Working Group
Facilitating Aristocrat’s cross-functional Modern Slavery Working Group, including agenda setting, action tracking, and delivery of strategic priorities.🔗
Partnering with functions
Partnering with Legal, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR and other functions to identify, assess, and mitigate modern slavery risks across our operations and value chain.Key criteria

3+ years in modern slavery and sustainability
Demonstrated experience in corporate sustainability reporting and human rights compliance.View
📜
Understanding of human rights frameworks
Strong knowledge of UN Guiding Principles and Modern Slavery Act.View
🛠️
Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks
Familiarity with ESRS, ASRS, GRI, and SASB standards.View
