You'll be responsible for

Leading operational delivery

Lead operational delivery of all Youth Services programs across the Frankston and Peninsula region, ensuring quality, compliance, and strong client outcomes.
👥

Supervising teams

Provide supervision and performance management to Client Services Coordinators and frontline teams, building capability and maintaining consistent practice standards.
📈

Overseeing program performance

Oversee program performance, including KPIs, accreditation requirements, budgets, staffing levels, and resource utilization.

Key criteria

🎓

Degree qualification in relevant field

Possession of a degree in Social Work, Welfare, or Community Development.
