You'll be responsible for

Providing expert advice

Provide expert advice and administrative support for assigned portfolio of training programs and cross-team assistance as required.

Maintaining records

Create and maintain accurate electronic records, including data entry of trainee applications and assessments.

Supporting committees

Provide professional secretariat support to relevant committees including coordinating, attending and facilitating meetings, and preparing agendas, briefs, minutes, draft reports and correspondence.

Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
