Leading the business casing process end-to-end, sizing opportunities, defining commercial models, and building credible benefits realisation plans.

AI use case backlog ownership

Maintaining a single source of truth for all AI use cases, ensuring clarity and focus across the organisation.

Programme governance & delivery oversight

Routing approved use cases to the right delivery vehicle and coordinating the critical seam between Lab proof points and scalable customer delivery.
