You'll be responsible for

Overseeing project accounting

Overseeing end-to-end project accounting for development projects, including capital expenditure tracking and compliance with IFRS/AASB standards.

Collaborating with teams

Collaborating with development project managers, finance teams, and offshore delivery teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Designing workflows

Designing and implementing improved workflows for project accounting and financial reporting to enhance efficiency.

Skills you'll need

📊

Financial planning and analysis (FP&A)

Proven industry experience in financial planning and analysis with a minimum of 7 years in project accounting, ideally within the real estate development sector.

Financial modelling and reporting

Strong skills in financial modelling, budgeting, and reporting using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

Stakeholder management

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively convey complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
