The Programs & Projects Director at Equinix plays a pivotal role in leading the execution of large, complex data center deals. This position is all about transforming ambiguity into clarity, ensuring alignment across various teams, and driving impactful business outcomes. You'll be responsible for

Leading complex deal programs

Serve as Program Lead for coordination and orchestration of strategic xScale deals from qualification through design and contract execution.

Driving execution and coordination

Improve deal cycle time and contract velocity through disciplined program execution and ensure timely follow-through across stakeholders.
🤝

Influencing and aligning stakeholders

Act as a bridge between Sales, Legal, Design, Construction, Operations, and Delivery teams, facilitating productive conversations and resolving conflicts.
