Coaching and mentoring the Project controls team in the configuring/maintenance of Project controls systems, consolidating Portfolio and Program Level reports.🔄
Leading continuous improvement
Leading the continuous improvement of project controls policies and processes and the ongoing development and delivery of program and project controls training.✅
Ensuring compliance
Leading the compliance to P3MF and IDD Controls procedures and processes including Schedule, Cost, Change, Risk Management.Key criteria
