You'll be responsible for

Coordinating project tasks
On-site project coordination and delivery tasks including contract administration, preparation of purchase orders, subcontractor agreements, variations, and project claims, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project milestones.📋
Managing project procurement
Including subcontractor tendering, take-offs, budget and drawing review.📈
Conducting monthly financial reporting
Responsible for compiling and reviewing financial reports on a monthly basis.Key criteria
