About the job

This job is about being a Project Engineer at BMD, where you will play a vital role in delivering complex construction packages for the Tram to Springvale Alliance project. You'll be responsible for

Leading and mentoring Site Engineers, Graduates and/or Undergrads

Guide and support junior team members across civil packages to foster their growth and development.

Managing project planning, programming, and cost control

Oversee the planning and budgeting aspects of the project to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
🤝

Building strong relationships with alliance partners, clients, and stakeholders

Cultivate positive relationships to enhance collaboration and project success.

Key criteria

🎓

Degree in civil engineering

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline is essential.
