You'll be responsible for

Planning and managing project governance

Maintaining the Governance Plan, supporting BMS Enterprise governance, and conducting quality audits of documentation and processes.

Coordinating document control and clearance workflows

Ensuring compliance with policy and templates, managing reviews for senior approval, and maintaining high-quality project artefacts.

Delivering specialist governance advice and reporting

Supporting performance reporting, ensuring legislative and policy compliance, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve project outcomes within defined timeframes.
