Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation through to implementation and transition into BAU.

Build strong working relationships with Operations, Global Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Client Management, and external partners.

Coordinate implementation activities including testing, cutover planning, operational readiness, hypercare, and transition to BAU ownership.
