You'll be responsible for

Leading HRIS Implementation

Lead the end-to-end delivery of Ubank’s HRIS implementation, defining program scope, KPIs, schedules, milestones, and budgets.

Driving Program Governance

Drive program governance including steering committee reporting, stakeholder updates, and risk/issue management.

Facilitating Communication

Facilitate communication between vendors, internal teams, and leadership to ensure smooth project delivery.

Skills you'll need

📊

Project Management

Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager with experience in implementing full cycle HRIS and Payroll systems.
⚙️

Agile and Hybrid Delivery Models

Experience with agile and hybrid delivery models using tools like Jira and Confluence.
💻

Microsoft Suite Proficiency

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel, to create impactful presentations and reports.
