You'll be responsible for

Managing Development Applications

Overseeing and accelerating the Development Application (DA) phase of new restaurant projects to ensure timely approvals.
🤝

Coordinating with consultants

Working closely with legal, town planning, acoustic, engineering, and architectural consultants to facilitate project success.
🏛️

Engaging with Council

Building and maintaining relationships with Council, including attending and speaking at meetings to advocate for McDonald's projects.

Key criteria

🏗️

Development application management experience

5+ years managing development applications in a planning context.

Bachelor's degree in town planning

Required degree to ensure foundational planning knowledge.

Experience with stakeholder coordination

Proven experience coordinating with consultants and councils effectively.
