Overseeing and accelerating the Development Application (DA) phase for new restaurant openings.

Coordinating with consultants

Working with legal, town planning, acoustic, engineering, and architectural consultants to ensure project success.

Engaging with Council

Managing relationships with Council, including attending and speaking at meetings to advocate for projects.

Key criteria

🏗️

Development application management experience

5+ years managing development applications in planning.

Bachelor’s degree in town planning

Required degree to ensure foundational knowledge in planning.

Experience in QSR industry

Demonstrated exposure to quick service restaurant operations.
