Addressing the needs of young people and families to assist with engagement and personalized learning plans in partnership with school communities and external stakeholders.

Leading initiatives

Implementing initiatives to encourage a positive, caring, and supportive environment at schools for students, families, and community members.

Conducting home visits

Liaising with families and conducting home visits to encourage school attendance and motivate students.
