This job is all about leading the coordination of planning, cultural heritage, environmental, and regulatory approvals for major infrastructure projects in Wyndham City. By ensuring compliance and timely approvals, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of projects that impact one of Australia’s fastest-growing municipalities. You'll be responsible for

Partnering with project managers

Collaborate to coordinate obtaining all necessary approvals across the capital works portfolio.

Reviewing project scopes and designs

Assess project details to identify approval pathways and regulatory dependencies early in the lifecycle.

Monitoring and tracking approval status

Keep an eye on approval progress and provide early warnings of potential risks to timelines.

Key criteria

Experience in public infrastructure projects

Extensive experience delivering major public infrastructure projects within government environments.

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks

Strong knowledge of statutory frameworks, including the Aboriginal Heritage Act and Victorian planning schemes.
