You'll be responsible for

Collaborate to coordinate obtaining all necessary approvals across the capital works portfolio.

Reviewing project scopes and designs

Assess project details to identify approval pathways and regulatory dependencies early in the lifecycle.

Monitoring and tracking approval status

Keep an eye on approval progress and provide early warnings of potential risks to timelines.

Experience in public infrastructure projects

Extensive experience delivering major public infrastructure projects within government environments.

Strong knowledge of statutory frameworks, including the Aboriginal Heritage Act and Victorian planning schemes.
