You'll be responsible for

Lead and deliver overall procurement activities for the project, including make or buy strategy, decisions, and recommendations.

Aligning project scope

Work with Project and Engineering Managers to align the scope of contract against requirements.

Managing supplier selection

Manage supplier selection through the Business Award process and deliver all reporting requirements under assigned work packages.
