The Project Support Intern (Operational Safety) role offers an exciting opportunity for students pursuing a career in Psychology or Work Health and Safety (WHS). Interns gain practical experience supporting the development and implementation of RoadTek’s WHS systems, monitoring legislative and regulatory obligations, and contributing to certification and compliance requirements. The role provides exposure to psychosocial and physical risk management, business planning, safety initiatives and stakeholder engagement while being supported by experienced professionals. This internship provides a strong foundation for future careers in workplace health and safety within a safe, healthy and inclusive operational environment.
You'll be responsible for

Supporting the WHS team
Assisting the WHS team with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency.🐣
Stakeholder engagment and coordination
Consult, liaise, and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to develop professional working relationships in the WHS space.🐣
Data analyis and interpretation
Extracting, validating and analysing data, producing reports for management and leadership, and interpreting results to support decision making.View more
