You'll be responsible for

Assisting the General Manager and Portfolio Finance Manager with preparation of monthly reports including reforecasting activities.

Maintaining property details

Maintaining accurate property and tenant details including tenancy schedules, contact information and lease files within the online filing system.
💰

Supporting tenant arrears collection

Supporting tenant arrears collection within client performance parameters and providing weekly updates on tenant account status.

Finance experience

Minimum 3 years in finance or property-related roles.
