You'll be responsible for

Driving portfolio performance

Delivering quarterly and ad-hoc property and fund reporting, providing clear analysis and commentary that informs Executive and leadership decision-making.

Owning asset-level financial performance

Taking ownership of internal valuations, forecasts, and reforecasts, ensuring accuracy across NOI, CAPEX, and valuations while influencing investment strategy.

Shaping long-term asset strategy

Partnering with Fund, Asset, and Property teams to deliver annual budgets and 10-year strategic asset plans, supporting repositioning initiatives and value creation opportunities.
