You'll be responsible for

Coordinating leasing activities

Coordinate commercial and residential leasing activities across the Anglicare Southern Queensland property portfolio.

Managing lease renewals

Coordinate lease renewals, rent reviews, market reviews, option exercises, and lease expiry processes.

Liaising with stakeholders

Liaise with landlords, managing agents, solicitors, and internal stakeholders regarding leasing matters.
