You'll be responsible for

Owning and managing national retail lease precedents

Owning and managing national retail lease precedents, including governance, continuous improvement, and consistency across the portfolio.

Reviewing and finalising lease documentation

Reviewing, negotiating, and finalising lease documentation for new stores, renewals, relocations, variations, and conversion projects.
🚀

Driving leasing transactions

Driving leasing transactions through to execution, ensuring accuracy, commercial alignment, and timely delivery.

Proven experience in retail lease administration

Demonstrated experience in managing national retail lease portfolios.
