Manage all aspects of properties allocated to your control, ensuring exceptional standards of service delivery, operational excellence, and properties are maintained to the highest standards of repair and cleanliness.📊
Preparing reports
Prepare accurate management and financial reports for the client, including annual business plans, budgets, monthly re-forecasting and variance reporting in accordance with established timelines.🛠️
Developing strategies
