You'll be responsible for

Managing tenancies

Ensuring that tenancies in the portfolio are managed and maintained, leases are up to date, properties are inspected and reviewed, and rent reviews managed.

Maintaining tenant records

Keeping tenant records accurate and up to date in CHINTARO software.
🛠️

Arranging property maintenance

Coordinating maintenance in line with Salvos Housing policy and procedures, including obtaining quotes when necessary.

Property management experience

Demonstrated experience managing residential properties and tenancies.

Sound understanding of community housing policies and procedures.
