Lead PEN workforce learning and development strategy and delivery, mapping PEN roles and career pathways across clinical, leadership and education streams🛠️
Designing and implementing programs
Design, review and implement early career, transition and graduate PEN programs, aligning PEN capability development with broader mental health workforce priorities🤝
Building partnerships
Build partnerships with academic providers and sector stakeholders, providing strategic leadership and contemporary learning solutions in collaboration with the Collaborative CentreKey criteria

Enrolled Nurse registration
Valid registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation National Law.View
