Administering prescribed medications
Providing medication information to consumers and their carers while ensuring compliance with NMBA standards.🧑⚕️
Conducting mental state examinations
Performing psychosocial assessments and consumer interviews to evaluate mental health status.📝
Developing consumer-centred care plans
Collaborating with the Multidisciplinary Team to identify clinical risks and update care plans.Key criteria
