You'll be responsible for

Providing psychological support
Delivering regular, confidential 1:1 psychological support and counselling to Branch Managers in high-risk branches, applying evidence-based approaches.📊
Monitoring wellbeing indicators
Monitoring wellbeing and mental health indicators, escalating to appropriate supports where required to ensure safety.📚
Delivering psychoeducation
Delivering psychoeducation on the impacts of repeated exposure to inappropriate customer behaviour to enhance understanding and resilience.Key criteria

AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
