You will be the main driver for improving quality in your embedded team/s and work with key stakeholders to drive process, tooling, and testing changes.🛠️
Creating test strategies
You will be responsible for creating the test strategy for the team's projects, focusing on shift left QA activities instead of just test execution.📚
Knowledge sharing
You will be the subject matter expert for the team's testing and product knowledge, driving knowledge sharing and documentation for your team and other teams' software engineers and QA.Key criteria
