You'll be responsible for

Operating locomotives

Operate Pacific National locomotives in accordance with safe working regulations and operational procedures.

Meeting train schedules

Ensure daily train plans and schedules are met while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Liaising with stakeholders

Work closely with Train Control and internal stakeholders to support safe and reliable train operations.

Key criteria

Qualified locomotive driver experience

Proven experience as a qualified locomotive driver.

Certificate IV in Train Driving

Possession of a Certificate IV in Train Driving.
