Establish and maintain the Project Quality & Governance Framework and Quality Management Plan.🔍
Delivering risk-based assurance
Deliver risk-based assurance across Owner teams and contractors, confirming compliance with governance, quality, and risk requirements.👷♂️
Monitoring contractor performance
Monitor EPC contractor performance and verify adherence to quality systems, ITPs, and construction controls.Key criteria
