You'll be responsible for

Conducting file testing and audits
Conduct file testing, thematic reviews, and audits across contributions, rollovers, insurance, and benefit processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.📈
Developing quality metrics
Develop quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting that provide senior leadership and the trustee board with a clear, data-driven view of service performance and emerging risk.🚀
Driving continuous improvement
Drive continuous improvement across the administrator relationship, identifying systemic gaps and recommending control enhancements.Key criteria
📊
Quality assurance experience in superannuation
Demonstrated experience in quality assurance within superannuation or financial services.View
📜
Knowledge of APRA and ASIC regulations
Proven understanding of APRA and ASIC regulatory requirements, including CPS 230 and SPS 231.View

Experience conducting file reviews and root cause analysis for compliance.View
