You'll be responsible for

Conducting file testing and audits

Conduct file testing, thematic reviews, and audits across contributions, rollovers, insurance, and benefit processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.

Developing quality metrics

Develop quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting that provide senior leadership and the trustee board with a clear, data-driven view of service performance and emerging risk.

Driving continuous improvement

Drive continuous improvement across the administrator relationship, identifying systemic gaps and recommending control enhancements.

📊

Quality assurance experience in superannuation

Demonstrated experience in quality assurance within superannuation or financial services.

Knowledge of APRA and ASIC regulations

Proven understanding of APRA and ASIC regulatory requirements, including CPS 230 and SPS 231.
