This job is about being a key member of the Internal Audit Team as a Quality Assurance Manager – Audit. By ensuring the long-term effectiveness and compliance of the Bank’s internal audit function, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of this iconic Australian institution. The team thrives in a collaborative environment, focusing on continuous improvement and excellence.

You'll be responsible for

🛠️

Designing and implementing QAIP framework

Design, implement, and maintain the QAIP framework in the highest level of effectiveness and compliance with IIA Standards.
🔍

Conducting assessments and reviews

Conduct periodic internal assessments and coordinate external quality reviews.
📈

Identifying gaps and creating action plans

Identify gaps or areas for improvement in internal audit processes and create action plans to address deficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
