You'll be responsible for

Embedding the National Quality Framework

Promoting and proactively embedding the National Quality Framework across regional operations to ensure compliance and quality in early learning environments.

Conducting audits and inspections

Conducting audits and inspections using ISO19011:2011 audit principles, validating findings through documentation, interviews, and observations.
🤝

Coaching and supporting leaders

Coaching Regional, Area, and Centre Managers to build capability and ensure ongoing compliance and Assessment & Rating readiness.

Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and assessment processes.
