You'll be responsible for

Embedding the National Quality Framework
Promoting and proactively embedding the National Quality Framework across regional operations to ensure compliance and quality in early learning environments.📝
Conducting audits and inspections
Conducting audits and inspections using ISO19011:2011 audit principles, validating findings through documentation, interviews, and observations.🤝
Coaching and supporting leaders
Coaching Regional, Area, and Centre Managers to build capability and ensure ongoing compliance and Assessment & Rating readiness.Key criteria

National Quality Framework knowledge
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and assessment processes.View

Experience in compliance and auditing
Proven experience in multi-site compliance and governance in early childhood.View
