Testing and validating chatbot solutions

As a Quality Engineer – Conversational AI, you’ll be responsible for testing and validating chatbot solutions while helping shape and evolve our CAI quality engineering capability.

Designing automated chatbot tests

You’ll work closely with product, engineering and AI teams to design automated chatbot tests, validate conversation flows, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Continuous improvement of tools and frameworks

With the freedom to identify and implement the best solutions, you’ll continuously improve our tools, frameworks and overall approach to CAI testing.

Quality engineering experience

Proven experience in Quality Engineering or QA practices.

Hands-on experience testing Conversational AI or chatbot platforms.
