You'll be responsible for

Leading and developing a high-performing Product Lifecycle Quality team.

Fostering capability, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team is key to success.

Providing quality leadership across new product development and lifecycle management activities.

Ensuring that all aspects of product quality are addressed from innovation to discontinuation is vital.
⚖️

Owning and governing the Product Change Control program.

Managing risk assessment and compliance for product changes ensures safety and quality standards are met.

Key criteria

🎓

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Degree in Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline.

Experience in GMP environments

Significant experience within regulated GMP environments.

Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
